Issue with topping up the balance

When I select to pay with the credit card, nothing happens, it’s just loading

Hello.We would suggest checking if there has been an update to the latest version of the application as well as trying to log into it through the data. If any weakness persists, you can give us more information through the email appstoresupport.GRC02@cosmote.gr so that it can be checked further.

Authorization is broken

Hmmm... Something went wrong. Please try again later.

I've been seeing this message for the last few weeks. User authorization doesn't work, which makes it impossible to check balance, top up, or order services, and therefore makes the app useless. Today's update has not fixed the problem.
