Возможно эта программа прекрасна, но я не пользуюсь ей , помогите оформить возврат пожалуйста
Моя жена случайно установила это приложение на моем айпаде а когда я заметил это, прошло всего три дня, но подписка автоматически оформилась на 3 месяца и я не собираюсь использовать эту программу, я удалил ваше приложение, возможно оно прекрасное, но я не собираюсь его использовать вообще, и я пытался оформить возврат в Айтюнс но по каким то загадочным причинам это не возможно сделать. Мне так и не удалось связаться со службой поддержки Эппл через имейл, поэтому я пишу также сюда, Я расстроен этой ситуацией, и было бы прекрасно получить поддержку в возврате средств от разработчика

Hello, I can’t refund my subscription fee. The subscription was made by accident and I did not use it. Please return the money. Somehow I can’t return the money through the epl. I hope that you will be honest and return the money for the product.

Смотрю я тут не одна.
Установила приложение оформила подписку но через пол часа поняла что преложение мне не подходит, отменила подписку, но до сих пор хочет снять с карты 29.99$
Из за этого я не могу установить никакую программу себе так как первым делом пытаешься apple снять деньги за это приложение, пишет в покупках что мой долг 29.99$
Это возмутительно ! Жаловались в поддержку apple , реакции нет!!!!
