Trouble with password reset.

Hi. I’m one of the active users of the GNote. But I’m in trouble.
I forgot the password for my account.
I was trying to reset it, but no result. I went through 3 steps – clicked the link Forgot Password, entered my email and the last one -> clicked the button Reset Password. And there is no reaction from your system; I didn’t receive any mail with the link for password reset.
Help me, please.
