Ill-considered payment system

I really like the service provided and I consider this firm leading, but today I faced with awfully poor customer service. Why doesn’t this firm trust their clients? When you want to charge a car the app asks you to refill your balance with the amount in 3 times bigger than the max cost of full charge, though the cost of your car max charge can be easily calculated based on the archive of user charges. Client service says that they will solve that problem but I have been facing this problem more than 6 months!

Thank you for your feedback. We fixed this issue with the new update. Now when you make a reservation it shows an estimate amount of units you have to have on your account. Hope this helps.
