Avoid

Grailed supports scammers by allowing them to take payment for purchased items and then just locks buyer’s account on their false report. Avoid Grailed and their JLeebs Market (realjleebz) scammers-sellers.

Disaster

Dear Grailed team. All your developments is this app is disaster!!! You make heavier my work all time with each your step. When I copy past description from another listing to create new one I can’t change measurement because I go down to the end of the this description area ! I need to do it through notes or something like that. I spend a lot of time to make new listing! For what you take % from my sales ???

Also when buyer bye the items I can’t copy information about shipping address because your AMAZING BOT not allow me !!! I need to write all shipping address manual!!!

very poor service

it’s horrible marketplace for a sellers. grailed has never cared about sellers, wouldn’t answer your questions if you ask them in support, could easily delete your listing by arguing it that they just didn’t like it. and I’m not even talking about their fee, which is very high for their horrible service! all in all you could keep up with their rules, but since last policy update, it’s now completely impossible to be a seller, especially an international one.
