Previously I wrote a bad review because it was impossible to connect your app and my AC by iPhone X and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5. I was really disappointed. I bought AC with WiFi support and this feature was critical for me.
But I make another try today and finally it works! It’s amazing! Thank you for your fixes :)
I want the D2 D3 option in the app to control
The app is good but it can be better all what i want for you to improve is to add to the app D2 or D3 option in the application for example i am away of my house and the main Electricity get to turn off in 2 min the back up generator kike in so i want to have the option that i can control it from the phone and that when main power go i want the ac not to work by it self until i open it by myself i hope you can make those two improvements to the next main unit and the app itself thanks for hearing me.
Not functional app
Dear dev team,
Since I’ve bought two wi-fi ACs for my house I was able to conn to them through the app only couple of times. After that either all the times I saw issues with pairing (ac devices were removed from the app automatically), or now after the app update I cannot even log in to the app at all. Network issue is returned. This is a total blocker for me. It sure if I’m the only user facing such issues with your products.
Please assist at your earliest convenience.
