Description
Hub - ordering a taxi at low prices in Sumy. You can set your own price for a ride or use a recommended price. Payment by bank card or cash.

Не приходит уведомление о прибытии машины
На этапе размещения заказа приложение блокирует сумму средств на карте моментально, а вот принят ли заказ не показывает. На экране просто радар с поиском машины, даже если заказ уже принят водителем. СМС с указанным временем подачи машины перестало приходить.
В меню текущих заказов случайно нашла что заказ принят когда перезашла в приложение, но время прибытия там тоже не указано, и машину на карте не видно.
В итоге если водитель сам не позвонит спросить «вы там выходите?» можно сидеть и долго ждать, а простой платный и водитель тоже будет сидеть ждать. Или нужно звонить водителю самой. Выходить заранее в мороз -20 и топтаться на улице, когда я вызвала такси в планы не входит. Я поэтому и вызвала такси, а не поехала на маршрутке.
Сделайте с этим что-нибудь. Почему люди должны переплачивать за простой не зная что машина приехала?
Говнище !
Машину ждешь до посинения, почему то волители приезжают злыми, из за этого атмосфера поездки становиться не комфортной. В поддержке приложения работают то ли дауны то ли мошенники, так как баги приложения не исправляют а только обещают. В топку !
