Description
iBeatTime is a simple clock that shows the current time in Swatch beats (aka Internet Time).
Back in 1998 the Swiss watch maker invented a new format to show time in a more universal way, without taking time zones into account. The idea was to divide a day in 1000 beats, using the Biel time zone as the default time zone.
This means that 500 beats would be the same all over the world, so you could easily make an appointment at any beats without figuring out the correct time.
Nowadays you would probably use something like GMT or UTC to convert time, but we felt nostalgic and decided to re-release iBeatTime for the modern world.
This app was one of the first apps created by e dot studios. So here it is.
We hope you enjoy it!
