User interface improvement

User Interface could be better , I should have the ability to toggle between settings and check my last trips (when waiting for ride) , other wise all is fine , drivers are good also

Last version is awful

There are issues that makes unable to use app and taxi service. Current location is often defined not properly, car is often not found and it is not possible to change the price after the order, you have to wait 10 minutes to know that no car was found and only after that reorder again with the same process and no guaranties. Last use was fantastic: reorder 2 times making price higher, car was found and after 20 minutes waiting map showed that the driver was almost at the point of destination not where he had to pick me up. After the call to the operator got the information “Probably the driver didn’t figure out the address where to pick you up, do you want to order another car?” Around 50 minutes wasted and no taxi. Awful app and taxi service!

Could be better

Earlier it worked more better, than now. It has troubles with current location detection: doesn’t select the real address of location, any other in this area but far away. You should explain to taxi driver where are you located every time. So I don’t advice you using this option. Because it’ll make you crazy!
The other problem if you type the address and chose the right one in the drop-down list - it is changed for the other automatically every time, I don’t know what is the principle of that! You should choose it three times in order to make the app choose the right one. And today, after I ordered a taxi from one address to another the app changed it automatically and I had problems with taxi dispatch trying to explain her that it wasn’t my mistake. So guys, it is inconvenient to use your app.
