We update our app every 2 weeks in order to bring new functionalities faster and more secure. We always aim for what our clients need.
In the new version we've added auto-filling of fields for payments by requisites and provided an opportunity to repeat the utility payment, as well as fixed minor issues in application.

Top banking app in Ukraine

I was very impressed by the new design of this bank. Its very easy to use and in the same time also professional.
Most of all, the app has English version and this is very rare in Ukraine.

Less than average

It department works bad. Transactions are processing for ages. Loan payment with 3rd party bank cards fails time to time without any reason, just hangs. Outstanding amount of a loan does not change for a third business day. It happened before and they fixed that manually. Now I foresee the same problem. Support chat does not answer for days. Awful bank giving terrible services… As usual.

Can not register

I have a card and bank account, but I get a CSTMR_0003 error as I try to register.

If the registration is based on the card data, the card must be activated first, then the registration will be successful. If the card is activated, please write to us by mail caplus.feedback@credit-agricole.ua
