IDB One App is a must have tool for the Support Department and all the IDB's solutions users.

It is a very important extension for IDB staff and the users around IDB products. It provides mobility, on the move and two way communications from the system to users via push notification.

IDB One provides guest service delivery working together with IDB Property Management System. It also provides system support via chatting based ticketing system.

3. Notifications are now stored in SQLite for easier tracking and management (86cwwx3h0).
4. Added mandatory checklist items for housekeeping, enhancing task completion compliance (86cwvu699).
5. Addressed a display issue where data for PR and ML was not visible (86cwzqp5z).
