Completely unfriendly app. Useless bank support .
Since I stay out of Poland , I got a lot of problem with app. I can’t exchange usd to pln , because of currency exchange malfunctions . Bank support advised to reinstall app and after I can not pass authorisation. Today I called to bank support again and after short interview I got refuse and my account was temporarily blocked without explanation of any details .
Tomorrow I will try again and of course it is my last experience with PKO bank Polski/ IKO.
Nothing is worst that IKO for people , who are working out of Poland . You will not get any support from bank side , also you can get a lot of troubles with IKO abilities . Think twice before .

Trudno nam się do tego odnieść bez dostępu do konkretnych danych. Nie rozumiemy jednak, dlaczego są problemy z wymianą pieniędzy w naszym kantorze – wszystko działa prawidłowo. Prosimy o zgłoszenie sprawy na adres mailowy IKO@PKOBP.PL lub przez iPKO - moje sprawy > wiadomości > pytania do Banku. Postaramy się wyjaśnić sytuację i ustalić, dlaczego pojawiły się takie problemy.
So much more to add before calling it convenient.
First of all half of the app is not translated. When you go to Offers everything is in Polish, of course why would you want foreigners to invest lol.
Secondly history of transactions is just s mess without any categorization or stats.
Thirdly very often it just doesn’t work, like stuck on transaction final screen being not clickable. Cmon you had only one job to do send money and still it doesn’t do it.
