Nice update with icon👏

Also it would be nice to see real update of UX and UI for the app. Remote control refresh improvements. Maybe camera app installation and payment. I’m ready to pay for additional functions but it’s barely possible through the camera browser. It’s big pain in the ess. Or make everything available from package, or make a good process of purchase. I personally have error 503 or so. Bad experience in one word. So maybe it is possible to install apps through the desktop app at least. Sorry. Maybe not everything about mobile app, but had to say all this somewhere.

Atrocious

Bear in mind this is my very first AppStore review ever since 8 years of iphone usage.

This app is just garbage. It is slow, the ux is awful you can’t find anything.

But the worst part starts when you connect to your camera. I am using Sony rx100 vi and each time I am trying to send photos from my camera to my phone, it disconnects 2-3 times until it’s finally able to push the photos through. When you have dozens photos and you’re trying to send them in bulk it would disconnect and you have to select all the photos again. Repeat this 3 times and you’ll be able to get your photos to your phone. This process takes unnecessary amount of time and after couple of times you just don’t want to use it anymore. Please do something with this, Sony, I believe in you

Sony a7m4

Your application does not work properly with iphone and sony a7m4 camera. Moreover, following the instructions, the indications on the smartphone and the camera do not match and the drop-down menus that should be - they simply do not exist! Have you tried following the instructions yourself and registering a new camera in the app? Try it, it will not work either the first or the second time, it does not work at all. I spent 2 hours trying to connect to my smartphone and register, and nothing happened, I just wasted time and nerves. Please fix the bugs of the application and make it more usable and easier to use for those who bought your cameras!!!
