Добрый день . Приложение обновил, но где этот обещанный эпл пей? . Сделайте , пожалуйста, интерфейс более понятным и простым. Кстати, исправьте неудобство , когда нужно за обычным паролем звонить на горячую линию. Денежные поступление отображается с задержкой.

Добрий день! ApplePay – це додаток на iPhone - Wallet. В Wallet є можливість додати картки VISA від Індустріалбанку. Після чого необхідно зателефонувати у службу підтримки Індустріалбанку за номером: 0 800 50 35 35 для активації картки в VISA. З повагою, Індустріалбанк
Як змінити мову у додатку?
Добрий день.Підкажіть де та як змінити мову з англійської на іншу у додатку,ніде не має,не можу знайти.дякую

Ужасно неудобный интернет-банкинг!
Чтобы переслать с карты на карту другого банка нужно звонить на гарячую линию узнавать одноразовый пароль,очень неудобно.
Если бы можно было поставить ноль звезд я бы так и сделал !

Добрий день, Артем. Щоб зробити переказ на карту іншого банку, необхідно підключити послугу GSM-банкінг. Для переказу р2р через послугу GSM-банкінг приходить 6-ти значний пароль lookup в смс.
Якщо послуга не підключена то необхідно зателефонувати в call-центр і дізнатися код. Ця процедура необхідна для захисту Ваших коштів. З повагою, Індустріалбанк
