The app itself is working normally, however the quality of service you will receive next is not guaranteed to be adequate.So, I bought tickets using this app in January for route Kyiv - Wrocław, and just 1 day before departure, infobus manager phoned us informing that our bus was cancelled. She offered a different company going same route and almost same time limits. Infobus rating was showing that this logistics carrier has good rating 4/5. We agreed, but next day when we came to bus station, it appeared that bus driver was knowing nothing about our tickets and spent 20 minutes phoning somewhere to find out about us. But worse started happening at Ukrainian Polish border, when it appeared that bus driver had problems with documents, and bus was stopped for long check. During this time bus driver just closed the bus and left somewhere, leaving passengers inside. So the bus got stuck for almost 7 hours, but all other buses were crossing with no problems. Because of such delay we missed our plane. Then we contacted Infobus for refunding the cost of the tickets, and they were telling us for 2 weeks to wait, and after that they informed us about refusing in refund.This situation cost me much money plus high stress. That is why I warn all future clients of infobus to think twice if they want same experience as me.

The carrier reported that the bus was detained at the border due to problems in the Shlyah-system.The carrier cannot influence the operation of this system and change the situation, therefore it refuses to return, as the delay occurred for reasons beyond the control of the carriers.
