Great scanner

Saves a lot of time, doesn’t have so many ads. Easy to use
Minuses- I’d like to have an opportunity to send to messenger immediately (rather than saving to camera roll first)

Too greedy to even give a chance for customers to figure out if they like the app.

Really-really strange feeling after trying to use this app. Had to scan a few separate documents (5-6, the total # of pages was around 40-45), after scanning ~30 pages and saving 3 or 4 .pdf files, I couldn’t save the file number 5 (even though its pages were already scanned), it seemed like I hit some kind of a limit, and an Ad for a free trial of the Premium started to pop up instead of saving screen. Tried to google, what the actual limit in this app is, didn’t really find the answer. Didn’t go for the free trial either, as there are thousands of reviews here saying that they were charged $10 immediately (nice ‘free’ trial, devs) and had troubles with refunding that.
Also, the app isn’t that good, I think it’s not worth the money they are asking for it. The document recognition algorithm seems to be worse than nearest competitors’, the interface seems outdated and not that user-friendly, not to mention numerous crashes I experienced while scanning only 30 pages (yes, my phone is old, but app’s page says my model is supported).

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. Please note that our app offers a free trial with all premium features included. You can start a free trial or continue using the app for free with basic features. The free version of the app exports 5 documents a day, and displays ads. The paid version of the app does not have these limitations. Also, we are sorry about the crashes and want to help. I need some help

Hello. I chose my subscription by mistake, I don't need this functionality, I rarely use this application, if I have already used something, I would have paid some part for it, but I don't need everything else. Could you tell me please, maybe I can get back my money, because I don’t need all of it for the whole month. Thank you for your help.

Hello! App subscriptions will automatically be renewed if they are not canceled more than 24 hours before renewal date. You can cancel the app subscription in your iTunes Settings (deleting the app will not automatically stop your subscription). Please kindly refer to this video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dTYOGxocu2o. You can also follow these steps to cancel your App Store subscription: 1. Start "Settings" app on your Home Screen and tap your name on top of the screen; 2) Tap Subscriptions' button; 3) Tap the subscription you want to cancel; 4) Tap 'Cancel Subscription' button at the bottom (or 'Cancel Trial' button if trial subscription was started) and then tap 'Confirm' button. If you don't have 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Cancel Trial' button on the subscription management screen, then your App Store subscription will not be automatically renewed once over.
