Probably, the most user-centric experience of taking/returning a scooter
In addition, I think their scooters have the best technical qualities among competitors. The only disadvantage that you may face sometimes is their coverage is not the widest. Still good room for improvement
Terrible first experience
Terrible first experience
Today was my first time using this company’s service, and I rented a scooter. I was in a hurry, so I quickly downloaded the app and started riding because I was running late for the bus. When I arrived at my destination, I tried to end the ride, but the app wouldn’t let me due to some issues—it didn’t show all the parking zones. The nearest one was back where I had picked up the scooter, even though I hadn’t taken it from a designated parking spot.
I contacted support, and the experience was awful. They provided no help at all and just told me to ride back to the nearest parking zone. This was the first and last time I’m using this scooter. Deleting the app!
I'm deleting and going back to the taxi, I don't recommend it to my friends anymore either...
It was very nice to use it for so long, but after the last situation where the app quietly wrote off like for 10 trips... The support service did not help in any way, I am deleting the app and will now spend my money only on taxis. So I have always tolerated your bugs (yes, a new added region) and did not receive a refund, they were credited only to the account where you can spend them only on a trip))) And in the last situation you even refused to refund the money to the bonus account, I really see such a service for the first time
