I'm deleting and going back to the taxi, I don't recommend it to my friends anymore either...
It was very nice to use it for so long, but after the last situation where the app quietly wrote off like for 10 trips... The support service did not help in any way, I am deleting the app and will now spend my money only on taxis. So I have always tolerated your bugs (yes, a new added region) and did not receive a refund, they were credited only to the account where you can spend them only on a trip))) And in the last situation you even refused to refund the money to the bonus account, I really see such a service for the first time
Awful copywriting
Used JET twice and this time was the last.
First time the scooter ran out of battery in red zone and I waited 20 minutes before support answered my ticket. Today the app didn’t allow me to end my ride in white zone. The app gives no information about it and for me as a customer it seems like the only area I can’t leave my scooter is red zone. So my ride price was the same as if I used a taxi. Support says I can’t park in white zone though the app gives no information about it. Please, improve your descriptions, so that people don’t feel stupid when they are in a hurry and can’t finish their ride.
