Some bugs in the app

I really satisfied with using Kajabi. The app is useful and comfortable, I watched different educational courses in this app. And today I wanted to do it again, but videos which were added to lessons in the course are absent. I removed Kajabi and tried to download it again, but I couldn’t even to enter in my account. I suppose it could be problem in the app especially, so I ask to sort out this problem

2. Sound doesn't play in background

Clients’ support

Very long wait for replies in chat. They also simply ignore questions after I waited. It's the same with mail. Imitate "support". They just say it nicely, but in fact just waste time solving problems and end up solving nothing. 0 stars to the clients’ support
