Technical support and feedback - absent
Good app, but there is a problem with technical support and feedback - it is absent, they simply do not answer questions, neither about payment, nor about functionality. I asked about bringing in new products - no one answered. The question was that when you bring in a new dish from cafe/restaurant/delivery, you must enter a barcode, but no dish has a barcode. At the same time, the application already has dishes from restaurants, how they were entered is an interesting question.

Відповіді користувачам ми намагаємося надавати протягом 24 годин, за винятком суботи та неділі (всі запити обробляються в понеділок). Тому рекомендуємо переглянути папку Спам. У разі відсутності листа, рекомендуємо продублювати ваш запит та відправити на вище вказану електронну адресу.
Щодо створення нових страв/продуктів без штрих-коду, необхідно в рядку "штрих-код" записати нулі або 12345678. Таким чином новий продукт/страва буде відправлено на перевірку нашим модераторам.
Wrong language settings and incorrect database
I use English language as my UI language.
The region is Ukraine.
When I install the app, I receive the Czech version with Czech database without ability to change the database or language.
The app should consider the App Store region rather than UI language during the installation as it is common that an app can be installed by a foreigner or a person that uses custom language.
