ก้าวท้าใจ เป็นแพลตฟอร์มส่งเสริมกิจกรรมทางกายและองค์ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ จากกรมอนามัย โดยมุ่งเน้นให้ประชาชนคนไทยมีพฤติกรรมด้านการออกกำลังกายและมีกิจกรรมทางกายในชีวิตประจำวันเพิ่มมากขึ้น ซึ่งสามารถเข้าถึงแพลตฟอร์มก้าวท้าใจได้โดย ผ่านแอปพลิเคชันก้าวท้าใจ ผ่าน LINE ก้าวท้าใจ (@thnvr) และผ่านเว็บก้าวท้าใจ (www.kaotajai.com) โดยผู้ใช้งานทำการส่งข้อมูลการออกกำลังกายในประเภทต่างๆ และระบบจะทำการคำนวณเป็นแคลอรีและแต้มสุขภาพที่สามารถนำไปแลกเป็นของรางวัลได้
