First using time and I liked it!
That was my first time using this app. Honestly I worried in vain cause everything was perfect, after booking app sent to me electronic tickets, in one day I’ve already had electronic boarding passes so I hadn’t wait in line at registration desk. And Facebook group works really good, they did help to me with my questions in few minutes. Before my flight I read feedbacks about kiwi, that’s why I expected smth bad 😂so don’t believe in this, everything works perfect! Highly recommend to use and thanks a lot for my trip.

I suggest not to book the flight with Kiwi, unless you’re 99% sure of your flight or you have no other options!
Customer Support is terrible. They just waste your time saying - we just need more time to solve your problem. Wait for up to 4 hours and we will send you an email or call you back, but no email or call back and you are calling back and they put you on the same loop, asking to wait. My suspicion is that they are just dragging time until there is no time to make any changes...
App. Also APP is terrible. My situation is as follows: I’ve booked a flight for one date and then after finding out that there are temporary restrictions in one of the airports for all the foreigners <HK airport>, I tried to rebook, the app and also the website are showing that the changes are done and I’ve got a new flight confirmed, but when I open details of the flight, it shows details of the initial flight. I wrote an email, sent a message on app - no reply, reported to customer support - nothing changed.

Never book via Kiwi
Worse experience ever. I booked a ticket together with my friends (with a few seconds difference). My friends received their confirmation after 24h (which is quite a lot of time) but I was waiting for 72h!. The help desk was ignoring my messages. I had to leave few comments under their posts in Instagram and Facebook to finally get a response “please give us a bit more time” (that was already 48h after the payment). Finally, after 72h they told me that the price has increased, I asked for a refund. So I lost EUR 120 while waiting for kiwi to respond within 3 days. Of course the price has changed, this is not normal waiting for confirmation for such a long time. It would be still ok if they return money after 24h, so I could buy the ticket directly through the air company, but they didn’t do so and stayed silent. Kiwi people, if you cannot handle so many requests just simply don’t take them or hire more staff.
