Завантажуйте застосунок KredoBank і відкривайте Правильну картку онлайн. Це доступ до коштів де завгодно і коли завгодно в одному з найнадійніших банків України. Як зареєструватися:
• завантажте застосунок;
• підтвердьте свій номер телефону;
• пройдіть ідентифікацію через Дію (для користування обов’язково потрібно мати паспорт або закордонний паспорт у застосунку Дія);
• підтвердьте особу через фронтальну камеру телефона;
• підпишіться на екрані смартфона;

Terrible user experience
Guys, I have like 100+ apps in my phone, and this one has the worst UX with huge gap to the closest competitor. And it’s a bank application?..
Showing balance with overdraft INCLUDED, without any indication of this — it is very confusing + may lead to financial issues (may cost money to bank clients)! I felt safer when I controlled my balance via SMS notifications, but now they are turned off (after I started to use the app) and it’s a mess.
KredoBank can hire any UX expert for, I don’t know, a week, and you’ll get a huuuge list of critical issues with interface and user experience. Most of them can be fixed in a couple of months.
Please do this. It’s 2023. And you are not the only bank on the market. And online banking is the primary way of user’s interaction with bank.

Worst banking app in existence
This app is so bad that it could only be intentionally made that way. No chance to properly contact the bank if you are abroad. I have a prepaid package which is called VIP but I never received any special service. Even now for a whole week they can’t change my package. I called them, I wrote them in the app. By the way the messaging in the app is the worst. Instead having a conversation ticket each new message you create in a new freaking ticket. Like what the hell is this logic?
Actually I am so angry that want to close my account, but I can’t do it abroad. Worst app and one of the most primitive banks in Ukraine!!!

App update
Updates are inconvenient and terrible for me as user. There are promised push-notification, but it’s the terrible thing for financial operations, regarding shoulder surfing attack and if I have mobile app installed, I have no alternative as sms-inform. The other one think, that I haven’t possibly to review my costs and operations, the history screen shows only history of operations carried out from the app, but not from my card or bank account. Fix it please
