Do not buy!

Files are not being saved after buying! I made a scan for 40minutes and then it disappeared.
There are many good apps for free which work as expected.

Hello, this app is paid and you can try it before buying. What is wrong about it? I wrote it several times and the app tells you the same as well. When you buy groceries in a shop, do you yell at the cashier how do they dare to ask money for the stuff you buy?

Do you work for free in your day-to-day job? Don't you have to pay bills?

Please understand that developers are people too — like you — and they need to pay their bills.

I did not understand your complaint. You essentially wrote that the app is bad because it is paid. I really don't know what to say to this…

Hello Linnik,
to enable saving of files, you will need to purchase the app. After you purchase the app, then your scans are automatically saved into the USDZ file format immediately after you finish scanning session. The USDZ files are accessible via the iOS Files app (its icon is a blue folder in white background). You can also export the scans into other file formats; to do so, just tap the Saved Scans button, slide your finger over a scan you want to export, tap on the Export button and select file format. The exported files are also available in the native (system) iOS Files app.

The App Store comments are slow (it takes about 1 day for a review or my reply to appear on the App Store), so please feel free to send me an email at support@LidarScanner.app for faster communication.
