Lumi: styling & shopping 17+

My first experience was negative, application charged me 50$ despite the fact that I unsubscribed before trial period finished.
I considered this app to be fraudulent, because they have unusual rules and regulations. And I still believe that the payment and subscription should have been done differently.
But after a couple of letters and communication with customer support officer we resolved all the issues.
I have already had a first session with a stylist and I’m on the way to better me!
