The worst cell phone provider
The worst cell phone provider I have ever used. the app is completely useless. There is no explanation in the application when you buy a tariff in the application. for example, there is a function of paying the tariff with funds on your balance. but it doesn't work. it becomes known only at the very end when you have already replenished your balance. and the operator tells you that you can pay the tariff only with a credit card. and end up wasting money twice. it is very difficult to decide something with the operator. All problems are solved for a very long time and in the end they are not solved at all.

Worst operator in my life
This is literally my worst experience with a new sim-card in Germany.
For unknown reason, my Lyca number was blocked, and the customer support service was so useless. They just sent me to retail shops, while stuff in the shop told to contact customer service. Nobody solved my problem, so I just bought a new sim-card, losing money I already put on Lyca sim.
All in all, worst provider I ever tried.
