The worst customer support ever.
The worst customer support ever. I can't write to the email because it doesn't exist anymore, I can't fill out the complaint form on the website because every time there is an error, the courier's phone is disconnected, and the hotline didn't help me. The courier didn't come, but said I was out of the house. Just a lie to the face and no opportunity for the client to respond. If the delivery is only by DHL, it's better not to order at all.
