It’s getting stuck on the loading screen after the last update downloaded. I can’t play it anymore.

Problem
I was playing it for almost a year or even more and everything was perfect but about 3 days ago it didn’t work properly. It’s getting stuck on the challenge page with clowns and I can’t close it. Tried even to delete it but it didn’t help either. What should I do?
