Service
I ordered and paid for the order more than 30 days ago. The order has not yet been delivered. I contacted the support chat and e-mail, but in fact they did not tell me anything, except for promises to transfer information to the logistics center.
During these 30 days, the boots (which were in my order) are already on sale in an offlan store in Kiev (in that store, delivery to which I made out in my online order).
I uselessly waited for my order, spending money and not receiving the goods, now, even if the order is canceled, I will need to wait another 14 days for a refund to buy these boots offline (if they are available).
And on my actual attempt to cancel the order - the support department wrote that this is impossible because the order is "being processed". In fact, it is processed for more than 30 days!
Worst service and online shopping experience in my entire online shopping experience!

Change market & language Unavailable
Unfortunately change market function is not available in the app (at least I haven’t found that after 10min scroll back and forward in all app sections). How to change language is not clear either. These 2 are great cons, I am not ready to use the app that is annoying from the very beginning
