Can’t get an email to restore my password. My mailbox is working fine (still getting emails, sending emails) and it’s Gmail. Asked for help in support. They replied within 1 day to clarify some data and stopped replying. I can’t reset password for a MONTH and I can’t remember it. Also I can’t register again, because my card is already in the system. So… I can’t use this product and can’t do anything about it. I’d be glad if someone contact me.

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced some difficulties with your password reset in the app. Please make sure that you enter the same email address you used during registration, as you may have used an alternative email address for registration (check Welcome email from Mastercard Travel Experiences in your inbox). As for fast track booking, aplicación doesn’t work. No possible to choose the date. Please correct the bug
