Awful experience
I placed an order for €1800 bag Saint Laurent. The delivery war delayed, but that’s fine (sometimes happens). But the bag that I received was fully damaged. The metal on the bag is oxidized, the bag body is scratched and wrinkled. It has a look of a pre-used bag. Of course I understand that everything can happen and maybe they just made a mistake. But they don’t reply to any of my messages! I sent all the pictures, and all I got is “Thank you for your message”. Then - nothing. It’s been a week since I sent them pictures of a damaged bag and I still have no reply.
Awful.
