UPD: I figured out that issue is connected to CarPlay somehow. If I turn off the car - app works fine. Strange because I thought it is the most common scenario - order food sitting in a car.
Regularly facing an issue with conpleting my order. It may stack on payment step, on delivery method…
Kharkiv needs you.
I’m giving this app 2 stars only because the restaurant isn’t operating in Kharkiv, Ukraine. This city, even during the war, has a population of about a million people. Before the war, it had more than 12 restaurants, but now they are all closed. There are plenty of places in the city where it would be possible to operate during air raids, such as any underground facility. Please, specifically consider “Nikolsky” – a great location to open the first restaurant again. Residents of Kharkiv have to travel to the neighboring city, Poltava, which is several times smaller, yet McDonald’s operates there. Stop ignoring a million-strong city and give people the opportunity to enjoy your products again.
App is not opening!
It’s been more than a month and despite all my efforts (deleting and re-installing app, getting all the updates), the application simply wouldn’t open, citing some kind of error.
Hope you will be able to resolve this issue!
