The app is really good, I can watch almost all, that I want. Series issuesBut the thing is, that some series, such as Game of thrones, House of dragon were removed. Some films, such as avatar 2 were not available for several months after their release. So, I ask you to add more series, to keep previous series, and to make the start of them much faster. Advertising issues You know, It’s not problem when you have the smallest subscription and you have so many ads. But I have the biggest subscription and before each football match, each film I receive 2 ads. What’s up? How much should I pay to don’t have any ads? Although, previously I had watched only 1 ad before each film or football, now I watch 2. What we will be next? How many ads? So, I ask you to make in the biggest subscription possibility to watch everything without ads, or make extra subscription for it.

As soon as we receive a license from the copyright holder, the content appears on our resource.Advertising that is shown at sporting events is advertising sponsors, thanks to which these broadcasts are possible. All over the world, sporting events are accompanied by advertising from sponsors, and we are no exception. However, we are actively working to ensure that these ads are unobtrusive and do not disturb you.
Pretty bad app with no real competitors in Ukraine

At moment app does not provide any positive feelings. It is pre-installed on big part of TVs, has super limited functionality without a subscription, gives you 2 ads each time even if you have paid subscription, has no attention to customers( I did not see that my family already had a full subscription, so decided to buy the sports one and got no warnings that I already have access to it. But I still could not watch TV because there was more than active 2 users, which is also not shown when you buy a subscription). All this was done on TV, but when I decided to cancel subscription it said it can only be done on website or app and you have no options to delete your card from TV, that is super inconvenient. I remember this company used to be good, so I hope they will try to improve instead of trying to get as much monetisation as possible on each big sport event.

Hi! Your app is useless, the prices in the app and when you are watching it from smartTV or ps5 is chaotic. The price for the maximux subscription is 10$. But the price on the website or the app from ps5 is much more less. For example: if u have a discount for the subscription, you will never find out about it in the app, ‘cause it will propose you to buy it for the full amount (10 bucks)But if you will open website or the app on ps5 or smartTV, the price would be with a discount of 20% (8 bucks). Or you can buy for a year with a discount of 20%. The app wont propose you this discounts. Also i’m not talking about the problems with connections or simple bugs when you try to watch the tv show that you missed, your subscription propose you to watch all the movies or tv shows in the repeat. But it just wont open, or opening the show in the middle, not from the beginning.2 bad for a price of 10 bucks.

- In the section "movies" in the beginning, it will show you several serials (for what if I can switch to "serials" and see there the same options? It disturbs me because, as a user, I want to receive only choices of movies in the movies section)- In the section "continue watching," I often see movies I've finished until the end, while for other movies I didn't actually finish, I would have to search in their app myself. Strange algorithm.- In the beginning and in general, the app shows you a lot of movies that you would have to buy instead of focusing first on the advantages of having the highest subscription (I paid, and you show me options to buy again instead of letting me enjoy my subscription first)- Very often appear additional buttons "I watch as an adult" and "Quit watching" (anyone can press "adult" and continue watching, even kids. Plus, I can create another separate account for kids only), so these buttons are useless and disturbing me (instead of watching I will have to make another action for nothing)- I have the highest subscription and see a very poor poll of movies/series to watch. Most of the interesting things are for additional paymentBut + for TV shows and some audio books.
