Interesting app
Didn’t find language switch button. Have to screen each page of the app to understand exactly whats going on. You can accidentally delete your o2 account, change tariffs, or any another important action only because you dont know deutsch at all or dont know deutsch well enough.
Inet is really needed, but not available
I put 2 stars for this app, because the app doesn’t crush at least))). It is defined in the App Store that this app has 2 languages: Deutsch and english. However, the app doesn’t contain the option to switch to english..at all.. I ordered inet more than 1 month ago, received message about inet activation, but I still without it. Last days I called 4 times and I was promised to send me a link/ to call me back and nothing works. Nobody called me back and the link for manual guide doesn’t fit to my router. I even asked whether I have to buy another router, but consultants were not able to reply. And of course, I was promised to send me a link exactly for my router (it’s trade mark), but nope.
No English version
There’s no English I’m this app. It’s hard for me to manage my account, because I just started to learn German.
Please, add English language to the app
