Great app
Personally I’m not a huge fan of dealing with writing cards from mobile device and ability to simply import cards created on desktop is absolute must. I enjoy simplicity and easy to use card filters.

Regarding the importing from desktop: the current version of the app can 'Export' and 'Import' data using a file in JSON format. The 'Import' is working through iOS Share button, which you apply to the file.
As a workaround for your case, you can exploit the following more technical approach: export some cards to your desktop, modify the JSON file that was exported (for example, add more cards to it), send this file back to the device, and import the updated file into the app.
