Hi Evgene! Unfortunately, your driver's license is only temporarily valid in Germany. International and temporary licenses and licenses issued outside the EEA are not sufficient for successful registration with MILES. To activate your account successfully and use MILES in the future, we ask that you have your driver's license rewritten. Thanks for understanding!
Discriminatory terms of use
Very unfair terms of use. Only for the citizens of 27 privileged countries. It’s so weird. As Ukrainian nationality I have a right to drive the car in all the EU countries without any restrictions.
I think the terms of use are very discriminatory.
I spend a time downloading the application, going through registration and at the end - I have got rejection based of being person out of that privileged first world countries.
You should write on each of your cars with a big letters then: for the European citizens only.
For people not to loose time with your company.

Ukrainian drivers license
Please add the possibility for people holding a Ukrainians drivers license to book a car.
Drivers license validity was accepted on EU level, please refer to the publication by Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport as of 18 July 2022.
Don’t invent additional obstacles when this issue has been already solved on the higher level.

Hi Natalya, driving licences from non-EU countries that lose their validity within a few months in the case of permanent residence in Germany are unfortunately not sufficient for registration with MILES.
In order to register successfully and use MILES in the future, we ask you to have your driving licence changed so that it remains valid in Germany for a longer time. ✌️
