Description

MindUp is a tool that helps build a positive mindset by creating the habit of positive thinking.

Your mindset plays a very important role in what you can achieve and realize in life. Scientific research shows that a more positive mindset leads to more happiness, satisfaction, self-esteem, health, resilience and success.

MindUp uses a scientifically proven method to build a better mindset. You start with a simple exercise where you only need to register 5 positive experiences per day.

Numerous scientific studies find that registering only 5 positive things per day for a couple of weeks has a positive effect on our mindset that lasts for several months.

Once you start noticing the positive effects, your motivation will increase and it becomes easier to uphold the exercise routine until you have formed a habit and permanently changed your mindset.
