Good service, terrible billing
I'm having a really frustrating experience with Telia's billing system. Even though I'm on a free home internet plan, I keep getting strange bills every month for services I never signed up for. These charges are usually around €7.99, €19.99, or €27.99. It's so annoying! When I call customer service, they're always quick to cancel the charges and say it won't happen again. But guess what? It does happen again, like clockwork. What's even more worrying is that some of my friends who use Telia for their phones are dealing with the same problem. It makes me wonder if Telia is just randomly sending out bills, hoping people won't notice and will just pay. While the app itself works fine and the internet service is okay, this billing mess is a big problem. If you're using Telia, make sure you check your bills carefully every month! They really need to fix this issue to regain customer trust.

Hi! I'm really sorry to hear that you have this kind of problems with our billing and customer care. I can assure you that we do not intentionally put any extra charges on invoices. Our customer care should be able to clarify where the costs have come from, and everything is also stated on the invoice on its own billing lines. Have you looked at what they say?
You also wrote that your friends have had the same issues with their mobile subscriptions. Usually, the payments that come on top of the monthly fee on phone bills are service calls or services that can be paid by invoice. These are also always itemized on the invoice. //Sanna
