Description
The Mobile Bank application from SpareBank 1 gives you easy access to the most used banking and insurance services when you are on the go. In addition, the app gives you an easy way to contact us.
The Mobile Bank app provides full control over your accounts, cards, payments, savings, loans and insurance policies - and of course, you can order a variety of services and products. We will launch new services throughout the year. The app also includes insurance claims, your travel insurance card and you can contact our real estate broker.
The Mobile Bank must be activated with BankID. After activation you can use a self made PIN, Face ID or Touch ID to sign in.

If you are not a customer with SpareBank 1, you can easily become a customer in the app.

Outdated and complicated.
Just opened an account in Revolut bank for 5 minutes, because of I can’t log in into SpareBank1 account since my D number doesn’t exist in their system even after I visited their office several times and got all documents. Highly recommend to try another banks if you live in Norway. The bank system itself looks quite outdated and needs to be improved, every time I use their service, it feels laggy, if you want to make an appointment at their office, you get several errors before finally getting your SMS. The only good thing about this bank is their customer service when you talk with real people, they seem responsive and helpful. Also, when I registered my documents on their website, they said that I don’t have Norwegian registration address, while I had, and only after several visits to their office they finally gave me my documents(their data is very outdated), it took almost two weeks and still, after I received temporary password and code on my email and mobile phone, I can’t log in. + the apps itself are too complicated, why do I even need two apps for log in? Why can’t you make all on one app like other banks do? Overall, you have pretty good and helpful workers at your offices, but awful banking system and apps.
