Good
It’s good because make life easier. It has not best UI and UX solutions, but is fully clear after some time of usage. I am using it for parking and city transport
„Intuitive UX“
I want to leave a negative feedback about this application, which doesn’t provide any information about tickets that are sold via application. Last time I bought the ticket in Warszawa for Zone 1 and 2 , Reduced for 1.7 PLN. I couldn’t have known this label „Reduced“ means it’s only feasible for students. Application doesn’t contain explanation for ticket types at all. As a result I got a penalty by the officers and had to pay 122 PLN for the wrong type of ticket. It’s very unpleasant situation, especially because they didn’t believe that I really didn’t know that I was using wrong type of ticket.
If this application was made only for locals I could understand. But if you support Eng version and want your app to be convenient for people who come to Poland to discover this country and its best sides, this is totally not user-oriented kind of UX!
Ticket not bought, money paid
Recurring bug on different devices: from time to time the payment is made, bank confirms transaction, the ticket is not shown neither in app at once, nor in history afterwards.
I have to discuss with controller bank transactions and payment confirmations for another time.
It happens not everyday, but it is a stress every time.
This must be fixed asap!
