Deception in the official store
Once again, the story with the Egyptian operator ended with deception at the official Orange point of sale at Hurghada airport.
We paid (by card) for a 36 GB package planned for the whole family. Still, according to the statistics of mobile Internet (iPhone), a little more than 16 GB was distributed to all devices (personal hotspot), after which the Internet ended. For a complete picture, they had a minimum package of 18 GB. Simultaneously, the seller swore that the package would automatically last, but there was no way to check it on the spot. The story concludes that you cannot trust anyone in Egypt, even in the official stores.

The worst mobile operator
if you want to be robbed you must to buy SIM card from Orange. They take a lot of no from customers and can’t give even normal service. Operators in chat in mobile app isn’t professional and didn’t answer for all questions. For 4 hours using data I paid 200 le. Orange think that it’s normal.
It was the last time when I used this mobile operator.

Orange is a fraudulent company
Orange is a fraudulent company. I bought a starter pack with the Internet from them, which in fact turned out to be two times less than it was announced. I bought an add-on for four and a half gigabytes, I used up one and a half gigabytes of the Internet, they turned off. Writes no internet. I do not advise anyone to use the services of this company.
