Hi there. :)I am not verbose at all. The two things I want to say about:1) support / service team. I tried migrate from physical to e-sim, but some difficulties prevented me to did that. Very kind man (I mean, a support) helped me just in 1 minute. Every one knows that feel when you want to thankful somehow to that person, but he just does his job.2) application. Simple and clear. These two words say a lot to many of users. I am one of them. I just don't remember when I used special codes to see some information about my tariff or how many days left to top-up. Everything in-app.Thanks, Vodafone team!

Financial manipulations via app

If I could rate my most recent experience with the app and company as -10 I would probably do that. Y-day I was crossing border from Ukraine, and was ordering a roaming service and used the app to cover negative balance on my account. An hour later, with the required sum paid two times and money going out of my bank account, I am still with no service. I am taking a nap in a bus (it’s almost midnight) and see that the debt started to increase rapidly as money are still not on my balance (despite I paid twice from different banks!), but roaming services switched on. Hotline is not reachable due “all operators being busy” - again, it’s midnight. So in the end of the story, it’s 3 am in the morning, Im at the bus station in a foreign country, with no phone connection or internet to call Uber - I am using taxi apps, so obviously, I don’t have cash on me to get to my Airbnb rental. I don’t want to get into the details how I got myself out of this situation, but I am confident that by mishandling my payments Vodafone did put my safety as a woman, mental and physical well-being in danger. My account eventually has been unlocked few hours ago - after about 15 hours full of stress and energy consuming conversations with a chatbot, but I received no explanation from the company what happened and where have the money been all this time. Think I am changing the carrier at the first opportunity, luckily you can now do that and keep the number.

In a frontline city it is difficult to be left without the ability to call, and your tariff replenishment service is still that challenge, then the tariff changes, then a fee is charged for something else and all the time it turns into pumping out additional money. I connected the tariff without a promotion of 180 UAH, in the evening I received an SMS about replenishing 180 UAH, and at night the tariff was already 200 UAH and so on every month. There was no SMS notification about the end of the tariff or the promotion. At the moment, the tariff is already 200 UAH in the application. That is, the application works without my participation. In the future, I will take screenshots from the application so that there is confirmation. The work of the application is not informative. And why not make it so that when money comes to the account - automatic replenishment of the account, without any Internet disconnections or turning off the phone

I have 5 numbers on my account. Today morning some amount was deducted from my balance. I assume that it was monthly charges, but.. no any info in the history!!! How it possible guys? It’s my money that I deposited you and i have to know how do you use it any moment!!!Another issue: when i tried to check which of numbers was charged, that i checked the histories of each of them! There’s no payment/charging history as per account!! Just imagine if i will have more than 10 numbers, i will need ti have a personal accountant for It! I would suggest to think about your clients and don’t forget the continuous improvement process.

I have 5 numbers on my account. Today morning some amount was deducted from my balance. I assume that it was monthly charges, but.. no any info in the history!!! How it possible guys?
