Client should always suffer
Whatever problem this company has the client is always the one who should suffer from this problem, not the company. This is the philosophy of this business. I have been using them for a while. Once they had a problem with the payment system and my money didn’t go through, even though my bank statement showed that the money went to them. So the problem was on their side. So they did not deliver me any water for days and they were calling me on my phone to reconfirm I want the water already after the money was found in their system

No time choice in orders
The app is basically useless - there is no way of choosing the time of my order delivery, I can only choose the date. So the call center agent still has to call me to ask for the time. Although I choose the agent not to call. But he has to.
So I have to use the website where there is a possibility to choose both date and time and I wouldn’t have to waste time for an order confirmation call. Neither does the CC agent. Please fix this, it doesn’t make any sense
