From June 6, 2023, any prepayment for the delivery of postal parcels from China to Ukraine for all tariff packages will be canceled.
From now on, your goods will be sent from the warehouse in China by the nearest flights, immediately after the package is formed, without waiting for payment.
It is necessary to pay the delivery fee before the parcel arrives at MMPO. We recommend making payment within 3 days after shipping from the warehouse in China to avoid delays in delivery.

Need improvements
Very often I need to run the app few time, because it’s crashed. Also I want to see push notification about change of status of my package. Will be good to have Waterhouse list and Help items in the app, but now they open in a web browser. And every time it’s a red badge on the Messages tab, even when all messages are read some time ago. And also it’s a chat that opens China support instead of my desired European branch support. And please add ability to send email or message regarding your package directly to a selected Warehouse
I can’t add Apple Pay as a payment method.
Please, let me know how to fix this.
