I love it, but!

Hello! I love this game but unfortunately, for almost a month, the features of astral detective( i am not sure how to say it in English properly)does not open. So yeah basically every game that comes up every once in awhile on the left side of the screen is not working. I tried your support chat but still no answer. Hope you can fix it bc it is one of my favorite features

Разрядился телефон во время игры в Загадочный дом. После того как включила его, игра не загружается. То есть сначала высвечивается надпись с драконом, потом экран становится чёрным и дальше не загружается ничего. Что делать?

It’s a really nice game, but sometimes, when the level is done it’s just get stuck on a finishing screen, and don’t go further, so the progress is lost( please fix it
