Годовая подписка
Добрый день. Хотела перейти на годовую подписку но видимо не успела. Я отменила месячную подписку, чтобы с меня не сняли деньги и хотела перейти на годовую, но мне написали, что мне продлили месячную. Деньги ещё не сняли если.
1. Можно ли как-то отменить месячную и купить годовую чтобы за месячную деньги уже не снимались?
2. Тут дается два варианта годовой подписки – как понять какая нужна, так как в приложении только за 60 $ , а здесь ещё за 49 $?

Добрый день!
1. Если вы перейдете с месячной подписки на годовую, ваша оплата за месячную автоматически конвертируется в годовую. Отменять месячную подписку для перехода на годовую не нужно – это происходит автоматически (одновременно может быть активна только одна подписка). Если вы все же желаете отменить уже прошедший платеж за месячную подписку, то вам потребуется обратиться в службу поддержки Apple, т.к. именно они управляют всеми платежами. Можете написать нам на почту info@navamsha.ru – пришлем вам инструкцию как вернуть платеж.
2. Между этими подписками нет разницы в функциях. Одна используется в маркетинговых целях. Вы можете оформить ту, которая за 49 $

I can't upload mantra to phone :( it freezes with 0%

Namaste! Our apologies for a delayed reply. There was a problem with mantras download for some our users in Ukraine. In the latest update this issue was solved.
