Previously I had have an issue with this app with unauthorized charge for premium subscription in amount of 39$. After this I have contacted the customer support of this app and explained them the situation that the app charged me for the subscription which I’m not interested and not going to use.The customer service help me with refund of all the amount of money which I was charged in the same day.In view of the above I want say to all of those who will have the similar problem - you need to contact Nebula Customer Service via the email which they providing under the feedbacks and I believe that they will do their best to resolve your issue.

I’ve read a lot of whining “reviews” about payment issues. Boys and girls, first of all learn to read, like literally. And second: stop pressing all the buttons you see. If you see red button it doesn’t mean you need to press it before reading the instructions. Idiots. But app is good, one thing I don’t like — user interface. It could be more friendly. Peace.

supscription wasn’t cancelled !

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 3 months , but still was charged 20$ every two weeks for something that I clearly didn’t want . Eventually I contacted support email , and the reply was : “while your case does not meet the criteria outlined in our money back policy, we made a special exception for you and we offer you a 50% refund of your funds with additional 150 credits “ .Are you people that work there have gone crazy ? I mentioned in email that I am not interested in the app . And that every time I tried to cancel subscription, somehow I was still charged . Awful experience and I’m not suggesting this app to anybody .

I like app but there is some details

Interface could be a bit more friendly. But there is a lot interesting stuff that is really useful. I’m more cautious there because it’s easy to pay for something that you don’t need. Something that really disappointed me it’s readers. I payed 50$ for few minutes to receive answers like “listen to your intuition”, “in the end of the month it will be better”, etc. - it’s all so general. And she was wrong absolutely in everything. But for some reason she had good reviews that surprised me.
