The best store I've come across, now I buy only here. The best personal assistant. Good selection of clothes
Customer care consultant is useless
I had problem placing my order due to shipping restrictions. I contacted customer care support “I seem to have a problem with my order, there is shipping restrictions even though on your website it says that you do ship to this country (no restrictions were mentioned). Can I view only items that can be shipped to my country?” The reply was “ we apologize that you experiencing trouble with placing your order due to shipping restrictions. Please feel free to contact us..” But I am contacting you 🙋🏻♀️ Anyway second email was also written in this manner. Useless. Third e-mail said that they don’t ship to certain countries and advised me to select a different shipping destination 🤦🏻♀️
It’s seems like their website and their policy are messed up.

Wishlist
Please improve wishlist by:
- allowing mass deletion of items from it (allow to tick/untick items to remove several products at once);
- allowing to sort items by in stock/sold out so that the sold out ones show in the bottom of the wishlist. Currently, we have to scroll all the way down to check if some of the desired items have not been sold out yet, as the view is not sorted.
