Needs more work

No volume control available so I can’t control audio level on PS4 through connected Netflix app. No account settings available in application and mobile version of the website where I can make any changes is just from year 2005. No audio/subtitles language searching options available in application so for not English speakers it’s really hard to find appropriate content.
Subscription does not cost a lot but as a non US or Britain customer I want to get the same experience!
P.S. Don’t think that this review will lead to any changes. But its just not right to open an access for new countries and not change a thing in applications so potential subscribers have to go through complicated process in pursuit of needed content.

Sadly getting bad...

It’s been a good ride, then suddenly the quality of Netflix Originals is dropping. I mean, there are tons of some TV shows and movies that at some point were created by lunatics. Lots of Low quality Chinese content, represented as original. Why cancel Marvel’s Jessica, Luke, Daredevil and Punisher ? I was always waiting for new series of these. The Ranch without Rooster is not the same, I don’t even speak about House of cards, that turned into disaster without Kevin Spacey. Someone just blames people and you just fire them, without further ado. It’s not a streaming service anymore that cares about audience and works for people, this has turned into worst version of Hollywood. Sometimes you have to go “Auditory and people first and Netflix last” which is more valuable in long term. The culture of the company is not good enough to dictate the direction of development of movies. Ah soon we will see a new Stranger Things, just because they had a rating, seems like u forgot when a good story should and and when not...very disappointing...

Lack of translation

I love Netflix, there are a lot of interesting films and TV series for every taste and mood. The only negative is that a lot of films are not translated into Russian/Ukrainian! I think, like many people, I do other things while watching a movie and cannot read the subtitles without stopping. Unfortunately, I don’t know English at the listening level. Even Breaking Bad, which is a classic and one of everyone’s favorite TV series, is not translated. I suffer in the fall because of this.
