TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Don’t but anything from noon cuz if u do and turns out there’s a problem ? Good luck tryna solve it 🤡. They offer extremely poor customer service . I was humiliated by one of the customer support employees and was told multiple times to wait for Noon to call and no one called ( About 15 times ) and 1.5 months later ( about 45 days ) and the issue is not solved and they refused to give me any compensation for their terrible support ! I encountered 2 more problems. Where they sent the money to the wrong bank after i specifically told them not to as i had problems with the bank .

I used the application for two years, when food delivery does not come, the money is not returned. money is never returned if you made a return on a defective product although you contacted them many times
